This policy covers sudamwebdesign.tech, the portfolio and business website of Sudam Chavan, who runs a freelance web design and digital marketing business from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
It covers this website only. The sites linked from here — fashion.sudamwebdesign.tech and creditcard.sudamwebdesign.tech — are separate projects with their own policies.
The short version
This site is a set of plain HTML pages. It has no contact form, no login, no comments and no shopping cart. It runs no analytics and no advertising scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own. Nothing you do on these pages is stored by me unless you choose to message me directly.
What this site does not collect
- No contact form exists on any page, so no name, email, phone number or message is collected through the website.
- No account, login or password.
- No cookies are set by this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics package — no Google Analytics, no gtag.js, no Meta Pixel, no Clarity, no Hotjar.
- No advertising or re-targeting scripts are present at the time of writing.
- No browser storage is used (no localStorage or sessionStorage).
What is collected, and by whom
Server logs
The site is hosted on a virtual private server. Like virtually every web server, it keeps standard access logs: IP address, the page requested, timestamp, browser user-agent and referring page. These are generated automatically, are used only to keep the site running and to investigate errors or abuse, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
Google Fonts
Every page loads two typefaces from Google’s font service (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That request is made by your browser directly to Google, which means Google receives your IP address and user-agent when a page loads. This is the one third party that sees visitor data on every page view. Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Search Console
This site is verified in Google Search Console using a verification file. Search Console shows me aggregate search statistics — which queries this site appeared for, and how often pages were clicked. It does not identify individual visitors and does not place cookies on this site.

Contact happens off this website, through the links on it:

- Email — sudam4002@gmail.com, which is a Gmail account operated by Google.
- Facebook — the Sudam webdesign page, under Meta’s policies.
When you message me, I keep what you send — your name, your contact details and whatever you tell me about your business — for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to carry out the work and keep ordinary business records. I do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing, and I do not add you to any mailing list.
Links to other sites
These pages link out to my other projects, to client work, to WhatsApp and Facebook, and in a few articles to news sources. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, and I have no control over what they collect.
Advertising
As of the date at the top of this page, no advertising is served on this site — there is no Google AdSense code and no other ad network in the pages. The section below describes what would apply if and when advertising is switched on, and is published in advance so the position is clear.

Because the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing on it to opt out of. If you have messaged me and want me to delete what you sent, email sudam4002@gmail.com and I will remove it, apart from anything I am required to keep for tax or legal reasons. You can also ask what I hold and ask me to correct it.
Changes
If this site starts using analytics, advertising or a contact form, this page will be updated before or at the same time, and the “last updated” date above will change. Nothing here is backdated.
